Three months ago a lovely young family engaged us to find a bigger house for their growing family. During this time we have provided a number of off market and on market properties, and attended 2 auctions for the family. Finally we found a great property in Coburg, which is their preferred suburb. At the auction we had one couple were bidding against, but we finally purchased the property at the auction. This house with two levels, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living and kitchen area ticked all the boxes and most importantly the family won’t need to change any life routines for picking up and dropping off the kids, as they won't need to change childcare. They were so excited with the result. Especially after they purchased the house and they still have enough funds to do some renovations.
