Our client was referred to us in December of 2024 with a broad geographical brief however specifications around how their purchase would benefit her family life. After thorough planning and discussion, the search was narrowed to a property with character and charm in North Melbourne. This led us to find a warehouse-style conversion in a highly desirable street location in the heart of the suburb. We assessed the property in the weeks leading up to the auction to ensure we were definite on the value of the property. Working collaboratively with the agent throughout the sales campaign and a clear budget for what we were happy to spend, the property was passed in to us on Auction day.

The agent had four different parties as one vendor they were working for, so time and care with thorough communication was important. We further negotiated and by lunchtime of the following day, contracts were signed with our client the happy purchaser.
