We engaged a young Chinese couple in early August. At the time they were not sure where they wanted settle in Melbourne. With overseas student backgrounds, their lifestyle was based mainly in the city. When I helped them to fill out the buyer brief, we chose 4 suburbs within their budget, which were Camberwell, Glen Iris, Caulfield North and Brighton East. These areas are surrounded by good schools, shopping, easy access to public transports and have good capital growth. The first 2 weeks we did more than 15 property inspections, and on the third week we went to an auction in Camberwell, and were the under bidders at the auction. After an in depth conversation, we decided to focus on Brighton East and Caulfield. During the fourth week we found the perfect side by side townhouse near Landcox park and in the Gardenvale and Brighton Secondary College School zones. We decided to go ahead. There were 4 bidders including us, we were bidding with confidence from the beginning to the end, and finally purchased the perfect property for our clients. Our Clients were so happy with our professional service, and look forward to dealing with us when they decide it's time to buy their second property.
