Our client engaged us for our Negotiation Service to purchase a property in Burwood. After receiving the engagement form we immediately organised a private inspection of the property with the client. While we were conducting the inspection, we found that the agent had already received one written offer. After the inspection we had a meeting with the client and provided a full property report including the comparable sales. Our client loved the property, and was determined to go ahead with the negotiation process. We made an offer on our client’s behalf, after one day of negotiation the offer was accepted. The private inspection was on Wednesday, and by Friday we had secured the property. Our client was very happy with the service mentioning that the purchase was stress free, although she did need our guidance to make it happen.
