We have read about price rises and the anticipation they will keep going up, but we reckon there is a fragmented market with value to be found.
Theres plenty of buyers coming back in the market but we are likely to see fragmented markets across the industry this year, inconsistent price movements is what we think, so there’s value there for buyers if you know where to find out.
